Terms of use
These terms cover this website and its waitlist. They are an agreement between you and Sun Coast Digital Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Florida document number L26000306690 ("we," "us"). By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. The app will have its own terms of service, which you will see before you use it.
1. What this site is
This site describes Listthru, an app that is in development, and lets you join a waitlist for launch news. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and joining the waitlist is not a purchase, order or reservation. We may change the planned features, prices and timing, and we may decide not to launch.
2. Who can use it
This site is intended for adults 18 and over. Do not join the waitlist on someone else's behalf or with an address that is not yours.
3. The waitlist
When you join, we store your email address, the time you joined and the page you joined from, and we use your email only to send launch news. You can unsubscribe with one click or by emailing alexalligan@suncoastdigital.us. Our privacy policy explains this in full.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not submit addresses you do not control, or use bots or scripts to submit the form.
- Do not try to bypass the spam check, probe the site for vulnerabilities, or interfere with how it runs.
- Do not copy the site's design, text, code or video for your own commercial use.
5. Content and ownership
The text, design, code, diagrams and video on this site belong to Sun Coast Digital Media LLC or are used with permission, including the example walkthrough video, which is shown with the property owner's permission. The floor plan, file names and shot lists are illustrative samples. Other companies' names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe where videos can be posted or where the app will be offered.
6. Planned prices and claims
Prices on this site are planned launch prices and may change. Descriptions of how the app will work, including processing time, describe what we are designing and testing toward; they are not guarantees. We do not promise that any video will produce views, leads, showings or sales. "MLS-ready" describes what the MLS version of a video leaves out (watermarks, logos, app credit, agent name, contact details, captions and other text); it is not a promise that a video meets every MLS's rules.
7. Our use of AI
The copy and code of this site were drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a person. The app uses a third-party AI model to label photos by room; it never generates or changes imagery. See the AI disclosure policy.
8. Availability and links to other sites
We try to keep this site available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove it. This site links to Sun Coast Digital Media's other sites and may link to others. We are not responsible for sites we do not run.
9. Disclaimers
THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. CONTENT ON THIS SITE IS GENERAL INFORMATION, NOT LEGAL, FINANCIAL, TAX OR REAL ESTATE ADVICE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR THE WAITLIST, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THEM IS LIMITED TO $100. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when it is posted here with a new effective date.
