- Who bills me?
- Apple or Google, through the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card details.
- How do I cancel?
- In your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel the plan.
- Do unused videos roll over?
- No. Your video allowance resets at the start of each billing month.
- What does unlimited mean?
- Videos of listings you or your brokerage represent, under fair use. It is not for reselling videos or automating bulk uploads.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, through your store subscription settings. Upgrades and downgrades follow Apple's and Google's billing rules.
- What does the preview include?
- The first 5 seconds of your walkthrough, so you can check the opening and the order before you pay.
