App privacy policy
This policy applies to the Listthru app from the day it launches. Until then, only the waitlist privacy policy applies to this site.
Sun Coast Digital Media LLC, doing business as Listthru ("we," "us"), runs the Listthru app and website. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your choices.
1. What we collect

Location data in photos. Before upload, the app removes embedded photo metadata (EXIF), including GPS coordinates. Photos can still show visible details such as house numbers, faces or personal items. Please review your photos before uploading.
We do not collect your contacts, precise device location or health data. We do not use advertising identifiers and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
2. How we use it
- To create your videos, which includes automated room labeling of your photos.
- To run your account, sign-in, purchases and subscriptions.
- To prevent abuse of the free tier and protect the Service.
- To provide support and send service messages, such as render-complete notices and receipts.
- To comply with law.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your photos or videos to advertise Listthru without your separate written permission.
3. Automated room labeling by a third-party AI
To label rooms and suggest an order, we send your photos to Anthropic, PBC, which provides the Claude AI model. The app asks for your permission before your first photos are sent, and you can withdraw that permission in Account settings. Without it, you can still order and label shots by hand.
Anthropic processes the photos to return labels to us. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. It keeps data only for the limited period described in its own policies.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only what they need:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
5. How long we keep it

6. Deleting your account
Go to Account > Delete account in the app, or use https://listthru.app/delete-account if you no longer have the app. We delete your account, photos, videos and project data within 30 days, including from backups. We keep purchase records only where the law requires it. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel that in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
7. Your choices and rights
- Withdraw AI labeling permission at any time in Account settings.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing alexalligan@suncoastdigital.us. We respond within 30 days.
- Opt out of non-essential emails with the link in each email.
- California residents: we do not sell or share personal information, and you will not be treated differently for making a privacy request.
- Do Not Track: we do not track you across third-party sites, so browser Do Not Track signals do not change how we operate.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest with our providers. Each user's files are stored privately, and access rules let you see only your own files. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as Florida law (section 501.171, Florida Statutes) and other applicable laws require.
9. Children
The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We will post updates here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
